Workshop: Equality in Project Practice – Horizon Europe

We are pleased to invite you to the on-site workshop “Equality in Project Practice – how to integrate gender and diversity into Horizon Europe projects”, which will take place on 24 April 2026, 10:00–15:00 in Warsaw (Varso Tower, 3rd floor, room 3.03).
The workshop is practice-oriented and focuses on concrete methods for integrating the gender dimension and diversity into research and innovation projects, particularly in the Excellence and Impact sections of Horizon Europe proposals. Participants will learn when the gender dimension is required, how to reflect it in project methodology, and how to avoid common mistakes negatively assessed by evaluators.
The workshop is addressed to researchers, project support staff, research administrators, and all those involved in preparing project proposals.
Please note: the workshop will be conducted in Polish.
Participation is free of charge; however, prior registration is required (limited number of places).
