University of Warsaw Trust Chat
16 01 2026
There are moments when everything starts to feel overwhelming – thoughts won’t slow down, and waiting to talk later just isn’t an option. If you find yourself in that place, remember that you don’t have to go through it alone.
Since January 2026, University of Warsaw Trust Chat is available – a supportive space where you can write when speaking feels too difficult.
WhatsApp: +48 880 762 439
Monday-Friday | 6:00 pm-12:00 am
Email: cpp@adm.uw.edu.pl
The chat is open to students (1st and 2nd cycle, PhD) and employees of the University of Warsaw. On the other side are trained psychological professionals who listen with care, without judgment, and help you find a way through what feels most difficult right now.
It’s worth reaching out if:
– you feel emotionally overloaded or stuck,
– you’re struggling with a problem and don’t know what to do next,
– you need support from home, in a safe and discreet form,
– you’re looking for help outside the regular opening hours of the UW Psychological Support Center.
If the Trust Chat is temporarily unavailable and you need to talk right away, you can contact the nationwide 24/7 helpline: 116 123 – free of charge and anonymous.
If there is an immediate risk to your health or life – or to someone close to you – call 112 or 999 immediately.
UW Trust Chat was launched by the UW Psychological Support Center with the initiative of the University of Warsaw Students’ Union.
Sometimes the first step is just one message. We’re here to receive it.
