Support group for LGBTQ+ persons at the UW

🌈We cordially invite you to the support group for LGBTQ+ students organized by the UW Psychological and Counselling Services Centre.


If you experience stress, tension or anxiety related to your gender identity or psychosexual orientation, or you feel lost, lonely, have difficulties building relationships or would like to share your experiences and understand yourself better – this group is for you.
We invite you to a support group for LGBTQ+ people, organized by the  UW Psychological and Counselling Services Centre. The group is a space for students who want to:
  • find support among people with similar experiences,
  • share their experiences regarding, among others: coming out or minority stress,
  • better understand their emotions related to gender identity or sexual orientation,
  • cope with difficulties, e.g. in the transition process,
  • learn to create closer friendships or romantic relationships.

🔹For whom: Students of the University of Warsaw
🔹When: Mondays at 10.00–11.30
🔹Start: January 2025
🔹Duration: until June 23, 2025
🔹Number of participants: max. 8 people

📧Registration: Write to the group leader, Dr Anna Mach-Żebrowska (am.mach@uw.edu.pl) after prior consultation at the Registration Point (Mondays–Thursdays, 10.00–14.00).
