In the face of the tragic events at the University of Warsaw, we remind you that the university provides support to all those in need of help. At the University of Warsaw, there is an emergency telephone, a helpline and a Psychological and Counselling Serices Centre.
How to Apply to the Psychological Assistance Center at the University of Warsaw
Students can seek psychological help in person at the Psychological Consulting Desk located at Pasteura 7 in Warsaw, with a valid ID or student ID card.
The Polish-speaking Point is open Monday to Friday: 10:00–14:00
The English-speaking Point is open on Wednesdays: 10:00–14:00
The English, Russian, and Ukrainian-speaking Point is open on Tuesdays: 14:00–16:00
Staff members and PhD students are encouraged to schedule consultations via email: cpp@adm.uw.edu.pl
Студенти можуть звернутися по психологічну допомогу особисто до Консультаційного пункту психологічної допомоги за адресою: вул. Пастера 7, Варшава, маючи при собі дійсний документ, що посвідчує особу, або студентський квиток.
Польськомовний пункт працює з понеділка по п’ятницю: 10:00–14:00
Англомовний пункт працює в середу: 10:00–14:00

During the consultation meeting at the PZK UW, psychologists will recognize your psychological situation, support you and appoint appropriate form of help at our Center or indicate a proper institution, where you can get specialized assistance.
Right before the consultation meeting at the PZK UW you will be asked to fill in the Registration Form, consent to the processing of personal data – General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the documents necessary to provide psychological support.
UW HELPLINE
From March 18, 2024, the UW Psychological and Counselling Services Centre is launching a UW HELPLINE for the University of Warsaw community.
In which situations?
When you need support and conversation on topics that are important to you.
When you cannot come in person to the Psychological Consulting Desk.
For whom?
For all members of the University of Warsaw community (students, doctoral students, and staff).
When?
From Monday to Friday, between 10:00 am and 10:00 pm.
