Gender Equality Model – the first system in Poland ready for implementation

SENSE consulting has released a free, comprehensive Gender Equality Model – the first tool in Poland that helps effectively implement the principles of equal treatment in organizations, including the academic community. It was developed by over 40 experts and is financed by the EU.

The model is a practical set of guidelines and tools for independent or collaborative implementation – both within institutions and by individual units (faculties, research teams, project groups). It covers eight key areas, including: organizational culture and communication, recruitment, promotion and career paths, equal pay, training, preventing violations, and work-life balance.

Thanks to ready-made procedures and checklists, the model allows you to:

• diagnose inequalities in the work and learning environment,
• implement specific solutions supporting gender equality,
• strengthen an inclusive culture in academic institutions,
• prepare universities for new EU legal and reporting requirements.
