Appointment of the Plenipotentiary for Equality and User Experience at the University of Warsaw Library

We are pleased to announce that, by decision of the Director of the University of Warsaw Library, Dr Krzysztof Nierzwicki, Ms Zofia Kajczuk has been appointed Plenipotentiary for Equality and User Experience.

The establishment of this position marks an important step towards strengthening the Library’s commitment to equality, accessibility, and the quality of user experience. The responsibilities of the Plenipotentiary will include supporting equality-oriented initiatives, identifying barriers to access to library resources and services, and cooperating with staff and users to foster an open, inclusive, and user-friendly environment.

The appointment of Ms Zofia Kajczuk forms part of the broader development strategy of the University of Warsaw Library, focused on openness, dialogue, and adapting the Library’s services to the diverse needs of the academic community.
