UW Family Campus

The UW Family Campus is a project implemented by the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw as part of the “Socially Responsible” Program, with financial support from the donor, i.e. the Totalizator Sportowy Foundation.

The aim of the project is to promote social integration among children and adults, as well as to develop valuable skills on the labour market – both for Poles and foreigners (especially Ukrainian citizens) living in Warsaw and nearby towns.

We cordially invite Polish and foreign families from Warsaw and the surrounding area to educational and integration classes at the University of Warsaw. The meetings will be held in the UW building at ul. Dobra 55 in Warsaw. As a priority, we invite families to participate – at least one adult and one child aged 9-15.

Information about classes

For the younger ones
Children can take part in interdisciplinary courses prepared in the gamification formula.
During the classes, participants carry out a mission in a mysterious land, and at the same time learn economics, mathematics, geography, critical thinking and English. We run courses in mixed groups – half of the group are Polish children and half are foreign children. We get to know each other, work together to achieve a common goal and have fun while doing it.
We organize stationary classes for two age groups: 9-12 years old and 13-15 years old.
The classes consist of five meetings of three teaching hours each.
For the older ones

Once parents, grandmothers/grandfathers, aunts/uncles leave their children in the hands of experienced animators and trainers, they can take part in parallel language courses: learning Polish, Ukrainian and English.

We invite adults to take part in full-time language courses.
The classes consist of five meetings of three teaching hours each.
